Brittany is an accomplished and dedicated attorney committed to providing comprehensive legal support to entrepreneurs and small business owners. She obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the American University Washington College of Law, complemented by a Master's degree in International Affairs from American University's School of International Service.
She began her legal journey in the fields of immigration and international human rights law, specializing in Asylum and Refugee-based immigration through the #1 nationally ranked International Human Rights Law Clinic at her alma mater. While with the clinic, Brittany worked with a small team to draft a comprehensive overview of international legal options to assist Yezidi victims of genocide in Iraqi Kurdistan, an opportunity which solidified her passion for developing legal plans, conducting outcomes based legal research and serving the needs of marginalized communities. Over the past decade, she has contributed her expertise to both local and global non-profit organizations, including World Relief and Tahirih Justice Center. These roles honed her skills in client representation, litigation, and project management.

In response to the unique challenges presented by the global pandemic, Brittany redirected her focus towards supporting the burgeoning wave of entrepreneurs, particularly Millennials and Gen Z’s taking business risks and eschewing the classic 9-5 work model. She observed a discernible gap between entrepreneurial passion and legal acumen, motivating her to establish initiatives aimed at empowering individuals to transform their dreams and hobbies into successful ventures.
Since the inception of this new direction in 2021, her commitment has been unwavering in assisting small business and startup owners in navigating the intricate landscape of business law. From meticulous entity selection and business formation to adept contract drafting, review, and negotiation, she adopts a "cookies on the bottom shelf" approach. This ensures that legal intricacies never obstruct anyone from realizing their entrepreneurial aspirations. To augment her services, Brittany is constantly and meticulously cultivating a network of legal experts, integral to a comprehensive risk management plan.
